Settling into the sunset of my life, I have returned to the love of imaging that drove me as a teenager. It's been a long journey, through motherhood (3 men and 9 grandchildren), religion, computer science career, and two wonderful marriages. It has emerged into a fuller awareness of the basic love within me, a true awareness of my real self, a spiritual awakening, and a desire to splurge with color and form, through the adventure of photography and digital imaging. I wish to express and share my appreciation for the art that is the world, through the use of focused expression in a direct image of the beauty in the world to the visual poetry of abstract impressionism through digital art.

Thank you Andrea and Mary. If you ever get a chance to visit Tumacacori, it is worth a trip. They decided NOT to restore it, but rather to preserve it, as it was when it was abandoned. I like that idea. You get to really see a bit of history!

Love this composition, which tells a great story. Wonderful composition and color.
Andrea Simon
Gorgeous color and composition.

Thanks Jon. Tumacacori is a favorite place of ours. It is where we first started to take DSLR images and had the first "ah-ha" experience that photography is really an art!
