Description
The great beauty and storytelling value of Tumacacori National Historic Park lies in the decision to NOT restore it, but to maintain it, just as it was when it was abandoned in 1848. It was established in 1691 by Jesuit padre Eusebio Kino. These pots are in the ancient grainery there, which fed the fathers and the Pima Indians that lived there.
