There is a great and peaceful and creative feeling when one walks around the Japanese Friendship Garden in Phoenix, AZ. There is a winding stream that runs into a small lake, with many waterfalls and cascades. This is one of them.
Settling into the sunset of my life, I have returned to the love of imaging that drove me as a teenager. It's been a long journey, through motherhood (3 men and 9 grandchildren), religion, computer science career, and two wonderful marriages. It has emerged into a fuller awareness of the basic love within me, a true awareness of my real self, a spiritual awakening, and a desire to splurge with color and form, through the adventure of photography and digital imaging. I wish to express and share my appreciation for the art that is the world, through the use of focused expression in a direct image of the beauty in the world to the visual poetry of abstract impressionism through digital art.

Delicious, Georgianne. I like the colors, and the movement. f/l

Thanks again for your comment. The waterfall was actually quite small, but it sure packs a big wallop for my perception!
